The billing emails stop. The practice emails go on to day 9. Kajabi takes off the member tag.

Kajabi's own email, then more tries of the card. Access stays on during the tries.

No automated email. Only one-off emails to the whole list, such as the 4 Australia class promos from Oct 12 to Nov 2.

To members. Fridays: 1 hour before (3 PM LA) and "we're live" (4 PM LA). Sundays: 1 hour before (8 AM LA) and "we're live" (9 AM LA). Scheduled through Nov 8.

When a paying member cancels, Kajabi offers 50% off the next 3 payments, once per member, or a pause of up to 3 months. A trial sees neither, and members on the old $20 and $24 plans see no offer, because it would not lower their price.

Planned: a cancel confirmation with the pause option, then "One more Sunday with us". No copy yet and nothing in Kajabi, so no button.

Planned: at the end, day 30 and day 75. A thank-you, studio news, an offer to come back. Copy written on Sep 29, not in Kajabi. Email 3 needs a rejoin offer and a 3-payment coupon first.

From the old membership: "A special offer, just for you!" to "Last chance for a free membership". Its list holds 419 people from before. Nothing adds anyone now.
